How It Works
The Competition
The Titiranglers FedEx Cup is a season-long points competition for Titirangi Golf Club members. Every Saturday, players compete in the club's Saturday Scramble (or play their own round) and earn FedEx Cup points based on their finish position among the group.
The season runs from February to September. The player with the most accumulated points at the end of the season wins the FedEx Cup.
Points System
Points are awarded based on how many FedEx Cup players are in that week's field:
Maximum points = CEILING(players ÷ 2) × 100
Only the top half of the field earns points. Bigger turnout = bigger prize.
| Players | 1st gets | Scoring positions |
|---|---|---|
| 5–6 | 300 | Top 3 |
| 9–10 | 500 | Top 5 |
| 13–14 | 700 | Top 7 |
| 17–18 | 900 | Top 9 |
| 20+ | 1,000+ | Top 10+ |
Ties: Players with the same score share the average of their positions (RANK.AVG). For example, two players tied for 2nd each get the average of 2nd and 3rd place points.
Double points: Select events carry a 2× multiplier — all points for that week are doubled.
Formats
Each week is played in one of three formats:
Stableford — Highest stableford score wins. Most common format.
Nett — Lowest nett score (gross minus course handicap) wins.
Gross — Lowest gross score wins. Raw scoring, no handicap.
The format for each week is set by the competition organiser and shown on the event page.

Scoring Data
Results are pulled automatically from the Saturday Scramble competition on golf.co.nz. Stableford and nett scores are calculated from each player's gross score and course handicap. Hole-by-hole data is captured for insights and scorecard views.
Players not entered in the Saturday Scramble but playing with the group are added manually using their DotGolf profile data.
